Request for Proposal – DFID/Nepal Health Sector Support Programme
Nepal health Sector support programme (NHSSP) is a technical assistance programme to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), funded by the UK government through its Department of International Development (DFID) under Nepal Health Sector programme 3. It is designed to support the goals of Nepal Health Sector Strategy (2015/16-2020/21) and contribute to the MoHP’s effort to provide quality health services leaving no one behind. DFID- NHSSP is being implemented between April 2017 and Dec 2020. The program has two components;
- general health technical Assistance to increase the capacity of the MoHP to improve health policy-making and planning, procurement and financial management, health services and the use of evidence for planning and management and
- Retrofitting Health Infrastructure technical Assistant to enhance the MOHP to capacity to retrofit health infrastructure to withstand future earthquakes.
DFID-NHSSP is seeking to contract research and Evaluation organization that specializes in Evaluation (implementation outcome evaluation) to undertake an independent evaluation of the physiotherapy task-sifting Pilot that is being carried out by another Contracted Agency.
Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address by 17:00 hours on 22nd February 2019. The proposal should respond to the terms of Reference as specified on the NHSSP Website (DOWNLOAD). In addition, as prerequisite, the organization should submit its (a) Registration documents (b) PAN/VAT Certificate and (c) tax clearance certificate for fy 2074/75.
