Job Specifications:
The Program Implementation Department is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of PSI’s program at regional level through local implementing partners. The Regional Program Coordinator is responsible to support regional field office providing technical assistance to the local implementing partners for program planning, implementation, monitoring/ evaluation, reporting and documentation ensuring compliance for the effective implementation. This position will be based in Nepalgunj with up to 75% travel to project districts.
Experience and Qualification:
- Masters’ in Public Health or relevant discipline
- Minimum three years of similar experience in the health sector and INGOs
- Demonstrated experience of working closely with local partners and building partner’s capacity
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Monitoring Information System (MIS) and
- Monitoring & Evaluation(M&E)
- Excellent communication, coordination and networking skills
- Experience of working with regional and local government stakeholders
